No Hassel Returns - Store Credit Exchange Process
We offer a no-hassel return process. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. A Store Credit Exchange is easy when you follow common-sense instructions:
1.Request a return authorization within 48 hours of delivery
2.Read, sign, and include the exchange form with the return
3.Ship the return immediately following return authorization
4.Returns must be received within one week of your delivery date
5.Return brand new unused items only
6.Sale, Clearance, Promotional, Coupon Discounted, Sample Sale Items are not returnable.
7.All tags must be attached and accompanying items included
8.Pack the return properly
9.Insure the parcel for loss or damage in return shipping
10.Ship using a tracking number
11.Wait for the email confirming receipt of the return.
12.Due to our below-retail pricing, we charge $10 return processing fee
13.Plus the cost of shipping is your responsibility
14.Your return is processed for a store credit
Once an item is sold and shipped we consider the purchase to be final. However, there are circumstances which create the need to return or exchange an item. Our skilled associates inspect each item prior to shipping.
Every order includes a packing slip and return instructions. The detailed instructions for returning an item must be followed. Please follow the instructions, sign the return form and use the pre-printed address label for making the return. Contact us in an email requesting the Return Authorization Number (RAN). Ship the return promptly to arrive within one week following the date of the RAN email. Returns received late may risk being returned to sender. Used or items received without tags attached or in less than resale condition may also be returned to sender.
elite Home Fitness requires an email within 48 hours of the delivery timefor a store credit exchange. We reply to the email with Exchange Instructions and an Exchange Authorization. Authorized exchanges must be postmarked immediately following the Return Authorization date. EFH will only accept returned parcels following this process. We allow up to 10 days from the delivery date for a return to reach our warehouse. Returns delivered to our warehouse may risk being returned to the sender when the Store Credit Exchange process is not followed.
Customers are issued a store credit less the cost of shipping/insurance fees for an exchange. Unlike other websites, we DO NOT BUILD THE COST OF SHIPPING INTO OUR PRICES. We receive very few returns, and we've learned through talking with our customers, people want the lowest prices possible for our authentic, high-end Designer merchandise. If the item is returned, the cost of shipping/insurance is paid by the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns are subject to a $10 processing fee.
We recommend insuring a return shipment, and using a shipping method to provide tracking of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products in return shipments. If items are returned in less than resale condition, additional fees may apply, or the item will be returned to the customer. We accept returns from a smoke-free environment only. Items damaged in a return shipment are returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
When making a purchase at elite Home Fitness, a shopper agrees to the policies, terms of sale and the Store Credit Exchange process. We are here to assist you in any way we can. If an item is damaged or lost in return shipping, we will provide you with assistance to file an insurance claim. We do not handle returns more than one week past the order date. Contact us promptly should your order not arrive in a timely manner.
Sale, Clearance, Promotional, Coupon Discounted and Sample Sale Items are considered a final sale and not returnable. However, depending upon the circumstances, we may authorize a return for store credit or replacement only. Contact Customer Care for exchange instructions.
We rotate our merchandise frequently reducing prices often. Our prices are below retail and range from 20% - 90% off the suggested retail price. Because we sell below retail, we do not have additional resources to offer special services, i.e., repairs, cleaning, storage, etc. If you need special services once the product has been used, please write to us, and we'll make a recommendation or a referral to assist your individual need.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We recently changed our return policy. In the past, we offered an option for store credit or credit card refund. Due to our low prices and low return rate, we now offer store credit for returns following the above process. Our decision was made based on firsthand research. We shopped at twenty privately owned small, medium and large sized Designer Boutiques located throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Of the twenty boutiques, 18 offered store credit only when returns were made within one week of the purchase, and the remaining two small boutiques did not accept credit cards. We determined elite Home FItness size, inventory and price strategy fit the characteristics of the majority of the boutiques. Thus, the Store Credit Exchange policy was created.
